It Is hereby notified under the provisions of Articles 29,30 and32of this Union constitution that the 27th Biennial Circle Conference of this Union will be held on 8th,9th and 10th of January 2012 at Shubhamangala Kalyana Mandira, 80 feet Road, Vinobanagar, Shimoga to transact the following Agenda.
